65QV SiC Ceramic Vertical Slurry Pump is a heavy-duty cantilever sump slurry pump of SP series. The wet-end wetted parts (impeller, volute liner, frame plate liner etc.) adopt silicon carbide ceramic material. It is fully interchangeable with standard 65QV metal / rubber version. The vertical cantilever design removes submerged bearing and no shaft seal & sealing water required, ideal upgrade version for extreme wear and corrosive slurry pits.
Vertical cantilever structure, bearings mounted above liquid level, no underwater bearing, no shaft seal system. Wetted components are integral sintered SiC ceramic, featuring ultra-high hardness, excellent erosion resistance and acid & alkali corrosion resistance. Dense inert ceramic surface prevents slurry scaling and material adhesion. Double suction semi-open impeller design, balanced axial force, wide flow passage for solid particles. Ceramic wet parts greatly extend service life compared with high chrome alloy and rubber, reduce frequent spare parts replacement and downtime.
Used for mining sump, coal washing plant, mineral tailings, metallurgy, chemical industry, power plant ash slurry, sand and gravel slurry. Specially suitable for high abrasive, fine particle and acid/alkali corrosive slurry working conditions. Perfect upgrade solution where alloy/rubber liners wear rapidly.
65QV SiC Ceramic Vertical Sump Slurry Pump, XP series cantilever pump with silicon carbide ceramic wet end components. No submerged bearing, no shaft seal and sealing water needed. Ultra-hard SiC ceramic parts deliver outstanding anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion performance, anti-scaling and non-stick slurry. Wide flow passage handles solids up to 15mm. Fully interchangeable with standard 65QV slurry pump. Long service life for mining, tailings, coal washing and corrosive slurry sump applications.
